Effective Date: January 1, 2026
By accessing or using the website at www.springdaleconcretecontractor.com (the "Site") or by engaging Advanced Springdale Concrete Company ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") for concrete contracting services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Site or services.
Advanced Springdale Concrete Company provides residential and commercial concrete contracting services, including but not limited to driveway installation, patio construction, sidewalk work, foundation services, stamped concrete, retaining walls, pool decks, concrete floors, and related work. Services are provided in Springdale, AR and surrounding service areas as described on our website.
All services are subject to availability and scope review. We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion.
Estimates provided by Advanced Springdale Concrete Company are free, written, and provided without obligation. An estimate is not a binding contract. A written agreement or proposal signed by both parties is required before any work begins.
Prices in an estimate are based on a site visit and the scope of work described at that time. If conditions discovered during the job differ materially from what was assessed (such as unexpected underground obstructions, soil conditions, or changes requested by the customer), we will notify you before proceeding and provide a revised price for the additional scope.
Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated in writing. Material price changes after the estimate window may affect the final price.
Once a start date is confirmed, we ask for at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Last-minute cancellations after materials have been ordered or a crew has been dispatched may result in a fee to cover direct costs incurred.
We may reschedule jobs due to weather conditions that would compromise concrete quality or worker safety, such as rain, freezing temperatures, or extreme heat. We will contact you promptly to arrange an alternative date.
Payment terms are specified in the written agreement for each project. Typical terms require a deposit at the time of scheduling, with the remaining balance due upon completion of work. Specific deposit amounts and payment schedules are set out in the project agreement.
We accept cash, check, and major credit cards unless otherwise stated. Returned checks are subject to a returned check fee. Balances not paid within 30 days of the due date may accrue interest at the maximum rate permitted under Arkansas law.
Customer disputes about a final invoice must be raised in writing within 10 days of the invoice date.
Customers are responsible for ensuring clear site access before work begins, including moving vehicles, removing personal property, and identifying any underground utilities not already marked through the Arkansas 811 call-before-you-dig service.
If access is not available on the scheduled date due to customer circumstances, we reserve the right to reschedule and, in some cases, to apply a trip charge.
We warrant our workmanship against defects in installation for a period of one year from the date of project completion. This warranty covers failures caused by improper installation or materials not meeting specifications in the project agreement.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by: (a) normal wear and weathering; (b) freeze-thaw cracking in surface-applied sealer or decorative coatings; (c) damage from vehicles exceeding the weight rating of the slab; (d) tree root intrusion or soil movement outside our control; (e) customer modifications after project completion; or (f) acts of nature.
Materials installed carry any manufacturer warranty applicable to those materials. We will assist in processing manufacturer warranty claims where applicable.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Advanced Springdale Concrete Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of our website or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to any customer for any claim arising from or related to a specific project shall not exceed the total amount paid by that customer for that project.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute not resolved through arbitration shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Washington County, Arkansas.
